ICD-10-CM has a code for staying in space too long. X52 (Prolonged stay in weightless environment) was a curiosity for decades and is quietly becoming a working occupational code as private citizens start flying. The detail everyone misses is in its inclusion term: it also covers the simulator, so the parabolic-flight and neutral-buoyancy trainee on the ground gets the same code as the astronaut in orbit.
